We specialise in manufacturing black polypropylene granules with quality similar to prime materials. The material input used to enabled the production of high quality granulates and allows the delivery of materials with repetitive technical parameters.

Our granulates are made only from pure post-production, packaging waste. At the customer's request, we modify the base granulates, adjusting their technical parameters and making compounds with mineral fillers and additives, such as flame retardants and anti-odour ones.

Accurate dosing provides high-grade gravimetry, ensuring precision of up to 0,1%. The proper filtration is ensured by 160 and 200 µm sieves. At the entry and the exit of our extruders we conduct the homogenisation process in silos of 18m3, which guarantees accurate homogenisation of the input and output material.
